Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or support (retirement plans/financial services preferred).
• Phone-based communication with clear, patient guidance of multi-step processes.
• Strong follow-through and ability to track many items at once.
• Experience with a CRM or ticketing system and learning new tools quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can manage diverse tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for participants rolling funds into 401GO accounts.
• Proactively reach out to participants to keep processes moving to completion.
• Help gather information and paperwork, explain next steps clearly.
• Coordinate with outside recordkeepers and custodians to keep transfers on track.
• Provide support for larger or more complex rollovers to ensure accuracy.
• Share feedback from participants to improve the rollover experience.
