Job summary

401GO is hiring a Rollover Support Specialist to guide participants through rolling over a 401(k) or IRA into their 401GO account. You will be the main point of contact, handling inquiries, tracking information, and coordinating with recordkeepers.

The role emphasizes clear communication, organization, and problem solving, with a focus on live support and ensuring accurate, timely transfers. A customer-service mindset and bilingual English/Spanish ability are valued.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or similar roles.
• Comfortable on the phone, able to explain processes clearly.
• Strong follow-through; track many items.
• Experience with a CRM or ticketing system.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Proactive self-starter with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to contact for participants rolling over an old 401(k) or IRA into a 401GO account, guiding them through each step.
• Reach out proactively to participants who've started the process to help them keep moving and finish.
• Help participants track down information and paperwork needed to complete a rollover, and explain next steps in plain language.
• Coordinate with outside recordkeepers and custodians on participants' behalf to keep transfers on track.
• Provide extra hands-on support for larger or more complex rollovers to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Share feedback from participants with the team to improve the rollover experience over time.
