Job summary

Seco Tools seeks an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator in Reynoldsville, PA for a 3rd shift (8p–6a, M–Th). You will set up, program adjustments, operate and maintain Rollomatic grinders to produce precision round carbide tools.

Reading blueprints, performing first‑piece inspections, and maintaining quality are essential. The role requires strong math and measurement skills, GD&T familiarity, and the ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with metrics, decimals, and fractions for precise measurement.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tool drawings.
• Experience in a high-mix, low-volume tool grinding environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for precision round tools.
• Read blueprints, load programs, adjust offsets, and edit as needed.
• Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections with calipers, micrometers, indicators.
• Maintain 5S workplace and follow safety and quality procedures.
• Document production and maintain traceable records.
