Job summary

Seco Tools, a subsidy of Sandvik, seeks a Rollomatic CNC Set-Up Operator in Reynoldsville, PA for the 3rd shift (8pm–6am, Mon-Thu). You will set up, load programs, adjust offsets, and inspect first pieces to ensure tool geometry meets specifications.

You should have experience with Rollomatic grinders, GD&T, and precision measurement tools, plus the ability to read blueprints, work independently, and maintain 5S workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating Rollomatic CNC grinders.
• Strong math skills with metric units and tolerances.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Familiarity with Rollomatic grinding machines and tooling geometry.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Rollomatic CNC grinders for round tool production.
• Load programs, adjust offsets, and perform minor edits.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks.
• Maintain clean, safe work area following 5S.
• Troubleshoot machine issues with maintenance as needed.

We’re committed to quality, innovation, and providing a clean, well‑organized workplace where skilled machinists can thrive.We are currently seeking an experienced Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator to join our team.Position OverviewThe Rollomatic CNC Set‑Up Operator is responsible for setting up, programming adjustments, operating, and maintaining Rollomatic grinding machines to produce precision round tools.
