Job summary

The Zildjian Company in Norwell, MA is seeking a Rolling Mill Assistant for full-time work on 1st or 2nd shift. You will load castings, remove hot pieces, change dies, and operate related tools while following safety and work instructions.

Qualification requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent; manufacturing exposure helps. OSHA safety awareness and lean manufacturing knowledge are a plus, with daily production records to be kept.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• At least 3 months experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Awareness of OSHA & Safety standards; lean manufacturing knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load castings weighing up to 16 lbs onto trays during a 10-hour shift.
• Pick hot castings off trays and pass to rolling mill; change dies as needed.
• Follow documented work instructions and maintain safety and quality standards.
• Maintain daily production records and assist team members as requested.
