Job summary

Commercial Metals (CMC) seeks an experienced maintenance leader in Jacksonville, FL to oversee industrial maintenance activities, manage multiple projects, and drive reliability and uptime across facilities.

You'll interpret blueprints, mentor teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with managers from start to finish to deliver on-time, on-spec projects while controlling costs and improving performance in a Fortune 500 environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years successful operational leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train team members.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage multiple projects.
• Manage designs, scopes, budgets, and installations.
• Forecast maintenance expenditures and meet budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement and uptime improvements.
• Develop performance reviews and corrective action documentation.
• Procure supplies and spare parts to maintain equipment.
