The role requires a 2-year technical degree, 5 years industrial maintenance and leadership experience, and strong planning, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience
• Minimum 5 years successful operational leadership experience
• Mentor and train team members on proper equipment use
• Ability to work with the other Managers as a part of the Management Team
• Ability to prioritize and multitask responsibilities daily
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available as needed by the business

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service including follow-through
• Manage multiple project designs, scopes, budgets, and installations
• Driven decision making to handle dynamic work scope
• Coordinate with stakeholders from start of each project to ensure scope and vision
• Forecast maintenance expenditures and provide budget-ready estimates
• Develop performance reviews and action documentation
• Procure supplies and spare parts for equipment upkeep
