Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years successful operational leadership experience preferred.
• 2-year degree in related technical discipline required.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan, organize and prioritize maintenance work.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow-through.
• Manage multiple project designs, scopes, budgets, and installations.
• Develop cost estimates to forecast and meet budget requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity and uptime.
