Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
• Experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Proficiency with CMMS, including work order management and reporting.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendors, and improvement projects.
• Familiarity with safety practices and environmental requirements; Lean Six Sigma/APEX preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and specialists with clear safety, quality, productivity and accountability expectations.
• Prioritize and assign daily work orders, monitor completion, and provide technical guidance.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve reliability.
• Coordinate timely responses to equipment breakdowns to minimize production disruption.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems and facility equipment.
• Investigate recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS data; track parts usage and histories.
• Manage maintenance budget, parts inventory, tools, and outside services.
• Evaluate vendors and service agreements; monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and safety requirements; collaborate with EHS on audits.
