Job summary

Spectra Gutter Systems is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in our manufacturing facility, ensuring safe, efficient production of gutter materials and adherence to quality standards.

You will coordinate production schedules, supervise team members, partner with maintenance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste while upholding safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; technical or trade school education is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is expected.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet schedules and quality standards.
• Coordinate workflow, staffing and priorities to maximize productivity.
• Monitor performance and adjust resources to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Lead and develop production employees with coaching and feedback.
• Promote safety through adherence to PPE and company policies.
• Ensure product quality during production and final inspection.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance with maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce waste.
