Spectra Gutter Systems in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Rollforming Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations and ensure reliability, safety, and performance of production equipment and facility systems. You will oversee preventive and predictive programs, manage budget and parts inventory, and coordinate capital improvement projects while partnering with Production, Engineering, and EHS.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
5–7 years of progressive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems.
Experience developing and managing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Proficiency with CMMS, including work order management, maintenance records, and reporting.
Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Experience managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendors, and equipment improvement projects.
Working knowledge of manufacturing safety practices and environmental requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and organizational skills across departments.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles preferred.
Experience with PLCs, automation systems, or robotics preferred.
Certifications such as CMRP or PMP, or OSHA 30 training preferred.
Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other quality/environmental standards preferred.
Ability to perform in a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and specialists, establishing safety, work quality, productivity, and accountability expectations.
Prioritize and assign daily work orders, monitor completion, and provide technical guidance.
Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
Coordinate timely responses to equipment breakdowns, ensuring safe repairs and minimized production disruption.
Oversee maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control systems, plus facility equipment.
Investigate recurring equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, equipment histories, work orders, and CMMS data.
Manage the maintenance budget, including labor, parts, tools, and external services.
Maintain inventory levels for critical spare parts and coordinate purchasing for readiness.
Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate maintenance-related service agreements.
Ensure compliance with OSHA/EPA safety requirements; support EHS inspections and training.
Plan and oversee equipment installations, commissioning, and capital projects with scope, timelines, and costs.
Collaborate with Production and Engineering to schedule maintenance around priorities.
Monitor uptime, maintenance cost per unit, and safety performance to drive improvements.
