Waste Pro has immediate openings for energetic CDL drivers in Alabama. Roll-off drivers are responsible for the delivery and emptying of large containers for Waste Pro's commercial customers, working with modern trucks and a safety-forward team.

Eligible drivers will hold a valid CDL, maintain a clean driving record, and meet the company's 21+ age requirement. The role emphasizes reliable service, adherence to DOT guidelines, and opportunities for ongoing training in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL.
• Clean driving record.
• Age 21 or older.
• Able to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Secure containers by attaching hook and securing straps.
• Provide courteous and expeditious customer service for Waste Pro and customers.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on the vehicle.
• Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections per Waste Pro procedures and DOT guidelines.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and conduct routine exterior washes.
• Attend and participate in required training courses as assigned.
