Job summary

All American Waste is seeking a full-time Roll-Off Driver in the Connecticut area. The position requires operating heavy-duty trucks to load and transport open-top and compact containers to disposal sites, with a start time around 4:30 am and weekend work.

The role includes a sign-on bonus up to $3,000, comprehensive benefits, and a path toward growth within a family-owned company. CDL is required and a pre-employment DOT screen and background check are standard.

Qualifications

• CDL required.
• 21+ minimum.
• Clean driving record and passing DOT drug screen.
• Pre-employment DOT physical and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicles per OSHA/DOT and local, state, and federal laws.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and completes required paperwork.
• Notifies Route Manager/Dispatch of issues and safety hazards.
• Communicates customer requests to Route Manager/Dispatch.
• Identifies and reports containers needing repair or replacement.
• Maintains attendance in line with company policy.
• Adapts to changing duties as needed.
