All American Waste seeks a Rear Load Driver to safely operate heavy-duty trucks on commercial and residential routes, delivering efficient service while complying with DOT and Company policies.

The role includes pre/post-trip inspections, route documentation, and teamwork with dispatch; sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifying candidates hold a CDL (21+), pass DOT drug screen, and maintain a clean driving record; training and development opportunities are available.

Competenze

• CDL required with valid license and clean driving record.
• Applicant must be 21 years old.
• Complete pre-employment background check and DOT drug screen.
• Ability to read/write logs, reports, orders, and maps.

• Operates heavy-duty truck per safety, OSHA, DOT, and company policies.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and completes paperwork.
• Notifies Route Manager of customer issues and safety hazards.
• Dumps containers and ensures customer site is clean.
• Uses tablet to reconcile routes with service listings.
• Maintains punctual attendance and adapts to changing duties.
• Assists other drivers to meet customer needs.
