Job summary

All American Waste is seeking a reliable Front Load Driver to service commercial customers along assigned routes in New Haven, CT. You will operate a heavy-duty truck with attention to safety and efficiency, including on-site debris control and accurate route documentation.

The role offers a sign-on bonus up to $3,000 and compensation of $25.00-$33.25 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits. A CDL is required, along with a clean driving record and DOT screenings.

Qualifications

• CDL is required; applicant must be 21+.
• A clean driving record and DOT pre-employment checks are required.
• Ability to read and write logs, reports, orders and maps.

Responsibilities

• Operates vehicle per Safety Rules, OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Performs pre- and post-trip inspections and completes paperwork.
• Notifies Route Manager/Dispatch of issues or hazards.
• Uses tablet to reconcile routes with service listings and manage containers.
• Completes duties scheduled by Route Manager or Dispatch and assists other drivers as needed.
• Maintains punctual attendance and adapts to changing duties.
