Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Roll Form Machine Operator for 1st shift in New Albany, IN. The role involves operating roll forming equipment, assisting in tooling setups and die changes, and maintaining tolerance per work orders and blueprints.

The ideal candidate can read a tape measure, lift up to 80 lbs as needed, and work overtime or weekends when required. Physical dexterity and the ability to work in hot and cold environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the workday and 80 lbs as needed.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll form machines and load/unload parts.
• Assist in tooling set ups and die changes.
• Make minor adjustments and perform line changeovers.
• Follow work orders, diagrams and blueprints to maintain tolerances.
