Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands, Inc. in New Albany, IN is hiring a Roll Form Machine Operator for 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM). Base pay rate is $18.00 per hour. This role supports tooling set ups, die changes, and production to meet tolerances noted in work orders and blueprints.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading on roll former machines, minor adjustments, and coil/line changeovers. Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience includes roll-forming, machine set-ups, and part inspections.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be able to work overtime/weekends as needed.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs throughout the workday and 80lbs as needed.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Must be able to work in hot and cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload parts on roll former machines.
• Make minor adjustments and perform coil and line changeovers.
• Assist in tooling set ups and die changes to maintain tolerances.
• Operate equipment to produce material within specs and work orders.
