Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Roller Former Operator in New Albany, IN. Base pay starts at $18.00 per hour with an additional $2.00 shift differential. 2nd shift runs 2:00PM–10:00PM; hours may vary with production.

Responsibilities include operating roll forming equipment, tooling setup, die changes, and loading/unloading parts to maintain tolerance per work orders. Candidates should read a tape measure, be able to lift up to 50 lbs (80 lbs as needed), and work in hot/cold

Qualifications

• Roll-forming experience preferred.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Must be willing to overtime/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate roller former machines with minimal supervision.
• Assist in tooling set ups and die changes.
• Load and unload parts on roll former machines; adjust coils and implement line changeovers.
