Kloeckner Metals Corporation in Pennsylvania seeks a skilled operator to perform operating duties on an automatic roll form line and contribute to the department under supervision.

Responsibilities include aligning mill setup, performing basic tooling changes, general maintenance, quality checks, and maintaining records and a clean work area. This position is an on-site role with opportunities under a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic roll form line to produce a single product with high volume.
• Check and adjust for mill misalignment, make simple tooling changes or assist in complete tooling changes and setups.
• Conduct general maintenance such as lubrication and butt welding.
• Detect and report all defective materials, improper and unusual conditions to proper supervision and check product for quality.
• Maintain records, schedules, and orders.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Other duties as assigned
