Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions precisely.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Knowledge of using measuring devices and reading work orders.
• Proficiency with basic computer documentation and reporting.
• Ability to pass a physical examination for vision, hearing, and mobility.
• Demonstrated reliability in prior roles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production equipment and set up for operation.
• Conduct first-piece and in-process quality checks and adjust as needed.
• Assist in training others on procedures and best practices.
• Operate the press brake, resolve process issues, and report data.
• Maintain production equipment and manage materials and finished goods.
• Follow preventative maintenance policies and report repairs.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in the work area.
• Collaborate with team members and adapt to re-assignments.
• Perform other duties to support production goals.
