Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate roll forming machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals.
• Set up machines for production runs, including tooling changes and material loading.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect finished products to ensure specifications and customer requirements.
• Complete production reports and record operational data accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and notify maintenance for repairs.
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, or other material handling equipment as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety standards.
• Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with inventory management and material tracking.
• Collaborate with supervisors, quality personnel, and production team to improve efficiency.
