Job summary

BarrierBoss is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role across multiple U.S. locations. The position involves running a roll-forming line to produce corrugated, deep-groove, and ribbed metal profiles from coil, with coil changeovers, machine setup, and on-line quality checks.

Training is provided and there are opportunities for growth. Candidates should demonstrate mechanical aptitude, forklift certification or willingness to certify, and reliability in a team-dependent line environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude / comfort with industrial machinery.
• Forklift certification or willing to certify.
• Comfortable around moving metal & coil-fed equipment.
• Reliable attendance — line work is team-dependent.
• Prior roll-forming/press brake experience a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate the roll-forming line to produce corrugated, deep-groove, and ribbed metal profiles from coil.
• Perform coil changeovers, machine setup, and first-piece inspection; monitor run-rate and maintain basic preventive maintenance.

What we're looking for
