Reis-Nichols Jewelers is seeking a Rolex Certified Watchmaker to join our luxury servicing team. The role involves assembling, repairing, and maintaining Rolex watches to exacting standards, with an emphasis on precision and brand-specific procedures.

The ideal candidate holds CW21 certification, has at least two years of watchmaking experience, and can work independently or with a team in a high-end retail environment. Overtime may be required during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Rolex Technician (CW21) or equivalent (WOSTEP, SAWTA).
• At least 2 years in watchmaking, preferably with luxury brands.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of luxury watch components.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision instrumentation; knowledge of safety standards.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or retail setting, often extended hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and repair Rolex watches using specialized hand and power tools.
• Perform diagnostics, servicing, and adjustments on movements.
• Conduct water resistance tests and replace gaskets as needed.
• Inspect work for precision and functionality throughout the process.
• Refinish cases and bracelets as required.
• Maintain watchmaking tools and equipment.
• Document work performed and parts used.
• Support workflow and troubleshoot mechanical issues with the team.
