The ideal candidate will provide expert after-sales care for a range of luxury watches, including servicing quartz and mechanical timepieces, ensuring high-quality standards as well as excellent customer service. Candidates should have several years of experience, with preferred qualifications including certifications like WOSTEP or Rolex expertise.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience as a watchmaker and/or polisher.
• Rolex watchmaking experience preferred.
• Able to handle delicate watch parts with great care and precision.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality repairs on complex quartz and mechanical watches.
• Service multiple luxury watch brands according to guidelines.
• Ensure timely completion of work and resolution of any issues.

Skills

Experience as a watchmaker

Education

WOSTEP, SAWTA, CW21 or similar certification

Completion of a watchmaking program/school
