• Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Certification from a recognized watchmaking school or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with mechanical and automatic watches.
• Provide estimates for repairs and communicate effectively regarding service recommendations.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services provided.
• Communicate clearly with team and clients regarding all timelines and service expectations.
• Maintain watchmaking tools and machines.
• Manage inventory of watch parts and order parts when necessary.
• Complete 12-15 services per week.
