Ideal candidates hold Rolex certification (or equivalent) with 2–3 years of watchmaking experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while upholding precise quality control.

Qualifications

• Rolex Certified Watchmaker with demonstrated proficiency in servicing Rolex timepieces.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and keen attention to detail.
• Prior watchmaking experience is required, with 2–3 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and service both mechanical and quartz watches.
• Perform full service and repairs on Rolex models and calibers.
• Test timepieces for accuracy per Rolex standards.
• Maintain records of serial/model numbers and repair details.
