Ranson Barnes Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for Project Delivery Managers to lead end-to-end client onboarding and delivery of software-based projects from initiation to go-live.

In a fast-paced environment, you will coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers, maintain detailed project plans and ensure on-time delivery. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success.

About the Role

We are excited to be working with a leading technology company in the recruitment of 3 Project Delivery Managers who will be responsible for delivering a structured road map for the on-boarding of new clients. They will ensure a smooth, well managed journey in implementing the platform while constantly looking to streamline the process.

Location: Sheffield, UK

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000pa

Job Type: Full Time, Office Based

Key Responsibilities

• Leading the end to end delivery of projects from commencing the project to “go live”
• Managing complex and large scale customer implementations and integrations of the product suite
• Be the central hub for information for allocated projects by liaising and building strong relationships with both internal teams and third party suppliers
• Create and manage bespoke project plans to workable delivery timescales
• Be the primary point of contact through the implementation stage
• Facilitate project and discovery meetings
• Co-ordinate internal resources so that all project deadlines are met
• Produce clear and concise project information throughout deliveryPartake and contribute to the wider company delivery methodology
• Produce and maintain accurate project dates throughout
• Review and assess completed projects to discover what worked well and where improvements can be made

You Will

• Have experience of delivering multiple high value projects, ideally within a software environment
• Need strong organisational skills
• Have a customer first attitude so excellent communication skills are required
• Be comfortable working with a fast paced and ever changing process
• Have an analytical mind in order to find solutions to potential issues throughout onboarding
• Any formal project management qualifications are desirable but not essential
