Job summary

83zero, a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner, is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple digital transformation projects. This hands-on consultancy role focuses on project governance, stakeholder management, and delivering end-to-end IT initiatives across the Microsoft stack.

You will mentor a delivery team, shape delivery best practice, and benefit from a 9-day fortnight, remote working, and ongoing learning budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multiple end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects.
• End-to-end project lifecycle from pre-sales to handover.
• Strong governance: RAID, planning, budgeting, forecasting, change control.
• Experience across the Microsoft ecosystem: 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform.
• Consultancy or managed services experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Mentoring and coaching project managers.
• Programme management experience is highly desirable.

Are you an experienced IT Project Manager looking for more than just another delivery role?

Our client, an award-winning Microsoft Solutions Partner, is looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead multiple, business-critical digital transformation projects while helping shape the future of their Project Management function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys remaining hands-on, thrives in a consultancy environment.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience delivering multiple end to end IT or Digital Transformation/migration projects
• End-to-end project lifecycle management, from pre-sales and mobilisation through to successful delivery and client handover
• Strong project governance, including RAID management, planning, budgeting, forecasting, change control and commercial management
• Experience delivering projects across the Microsoft ecosystem, including:
  • Microsoft 365
  • Dynamics 365
  • Power Platform
• Consultancy, Professional Services or Managed Services experience
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to build trusted client relationships and lead cross-functional delivery teams
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Business analysis awareness and the confidence to challenge and shape project requirements
• A passion for mentoring, coaching and supporting other Project Managers
• Programme Management experience is highly desirable.
