MRO is hiring an ROI Specialist to support client sites with release of information requests. You will review requests, locate records, and ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of information while maintaining accurate ROI On-Line logs.

The role involves assisting callers and walk-ins, logging data, and processing physician office requests. Must be detail-oriented with good communication skills and a reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience and computer proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

• HIPAA knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requests to determine records for release under HIPAA.
• Answer and triage ROI phone inquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers and log data into ROI On-Line.
• Process physician office requests and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan records into ROI On-Line; handle cash payments where required.
• Follow site policies and other duties as assigned.
