Qualifications

• 1+ year data entry experience.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and dependability.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• HIPAA regulations knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Determine records to release by reviewing requester data per HIPAA guidelines.
• Answer ROI-related phone inquiries.
• Process walk-in requests and log data into ROI On-Line.
• Process physician-office requests and fax information as needed.
• Log and scan medical records into ROI On-Line.
• Follow site policies and handle cash payments where required.
