Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a results-driven SEO/SEM specialist to optimize paid search and organic visibility. You will analyze campaigns, websites, and analytics to maximize ROI, manage budgets, and drive content-driven SEO initiatives in collaboration with editorial and marketing teams.

You will work with HTML/CSS/JS basics, run A/B tests, and leverage tools like Google Analytics, Marin, and Kenshoo to improve rankings and traffic across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.

Qualifications

• Proven SEO and SEM experience.
• Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing.
• Comprehension of performance marketing and online customer acquisition.
• In-depth experience with website analytics tools like Google Analytics.
• Experience with bid management tools such as Marin or Kenshoo.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms.
• BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests and analyze data to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives
• Manage campaign budgets and estimate monthly costs
• Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing
• Perform keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
• Research and implement SEO recommendations

• Conceptualize and execute link-building strategies
