Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a results-oriented SEO/SEM lead to own organic and paid search end-to-end, including technical SEO, content strategy, and paid campaigns in a fast-growing tech environment. You will drive measurable traffic and pipeline, collaborating with content, web engineering, and demand-gen teams to improve rankings and lower acquisition costs.

You will build dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio, run experiments, and refine strategies based on data, algorithm changes, and market trends,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience.
• Tech-driven with B2B/B2C exposure in tech.
• Proficient with Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Bonus: SQL or BigQuery, HubSpot/Marketo integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap: technical audits, on-page optimization, site architecture, and Core Web Vitals improvements in partnership with engineering
• Run keyword research and SERP analysis using Semrush, Ahrefs, and Search Console to prioritize content and page-level opportunities
• Manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including bidding strategy, ad copy testing, and budget allocation
• Build and maintain dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio tracking rankings, organic traffic, CTR, cost-per-lead, and pipeline contribution
• Partner with content and web teams to ship optimized landing pages, structured data markup, and internal linking strategies
• Run structured experiments on landing pages, ad copy, and metadata; document wins and roll them out site-wide
• Monitor algorithm updates and competitor movements; adjust strategy and communicate impact to leadership
