Job summary

Evlo AI is seeking a growth-focused SEO/SEM role owner to drive organic and paid search performance across B2B and B2C audiences. You will partner with marketing, content, and web engineering to optimize rankings, reduce acquisition costs, and turn search into a measurable growth channel.

The role requires 3–6 years of hands-on SEO/SEM experience, proficiency with GA4, Google Ads, and SEMrush/Ahrefs, and a strong analytical mindset for dashboards and leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience in a tech environment
• Proficiency with SEMrush or Ahrefs, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Ads (certification a plus)
• Working knowledge of technical SEO: HTML, schema, site migrations, crawling tools
• Experience managing six-figure paid search budgets with measurable ROI accountability
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable building dashboards and presenting performance to leadership
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Bonus: Programmatic SEO, SQL, or optimizing content for AI answer engines; familiarity with HubSpot/Marketo; copywriting for paid ads

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap: keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and content strategy for a high-traffic web property
• Manage paid search programs across Google Ads and Bing, including budget allocation, bidding strategy, and copy testing
• Run technical SEO work with web engineering: site architecture, crawlability, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and page speed
• Build and maintain reporting on rankings, organic traffic, CPL/CPA, and ROAS in GA4 and Looker Studio
• Partner with content and design teams to produce search-optimized landing pages and topic clusters
• Conduct competitive analysis and SERP monitoring to identify keyword and content gaps
• Stay current on algorithm updates, AI-driven search (SGE/AI Overviews), and evolving best practices
