Job summary

MDG Advertising, a Boca Raton based agency, is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to manage day-to-day paid media campaigns and optimize budgets across platforms.

You will collaborate with marketing teams and clients to develop strategies that maximize ROI for paid search, while continuously testing, reporting, and applying industry knowledge.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to drive results and present insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in advertising/marketing or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of media-buying experience at an advertising agency.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience buying paid search and/or programmatic media.
• Client-facing experience and presentation skills a plus.
• Certification in Google Ads or related platforms ideal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with media, account teams and clients to define campaign goals, audiences and KPIs.
• Create and set up campaigns using platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
• Write compelling ad copy and optimize budgets for efficient spend.
• Manage keyword lists, negative keywords and bids to improve ROI.
• Analyze CTR, CPC, CPLV and conversion rates to improve performance.
• Set up conversion tracking and monitor results.
• Stay informed about SEM trends and attend trainings.
