Red E is seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive paid advertising and e-commerce performance. You will independently manage campaigns, analyze results, and implement improvements to generate qualified leads and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience.
• “Advanced knowledge” of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and GTM.
• Experience with e-commerce analytics, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to act on data.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and optimize performance.
• Familiarity with WooCommerce, WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Merchant Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Google Shopping, Meta advertising, and retargeting campaigns.
• Budget management and ongoing optimization for ROI.
• Track KPIs: CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, revenue.
• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to boost sales and leads.
• Conduct A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and content to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
• Track leads through the sales process to measure impact.
• Develop dashboards for marketing performance and profitability.
• Identify new digital advertising strategies that drive growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and other teams to align efforts with business goals.
