Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is hiring a Rod Pump Technician to support the Rod Pump Operations Manager with assembly, repair, and delivery of rod pumps. You will prepare reports, enter data into pump tracking software, and help keep the shop clean and organized.
The role requires a high school diploma (or GED), safety consciousness, reliable communication, and basic computer skills. You will collaborate across teams and travel/drive as needed.
Position Summary: The Rod Pump Technician will be responsible for assisting the Rod Pump Operations manager. This person will be responsible for assembly, repair, and delivery of rod pumps. They will prepare reports and enter data intro pump tracking software. The Rod Pump Technician will be responsible for keeping the pump shop clean and orderly. They will also assist in ordering inventory and maintaining accurate inventory records. They must be willing to further their knowledge of rod pump failure identification and analysis. Future growth possibilities within the product line as person develops.
This position requires the physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis in a shop environment. Employees must be able to frequently bend, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods while handling pumps and related equipment. These are essential functions of the position. Qualified applicants must be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation, in accordance with applicable law.
This role is performed in shop environment with exposure to heavy equipment, machinery, noise, dust, grease, and varying temperatures. Employees are required to follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
