Liberty Lift Solutions, LLC is seeking a Rod Pump Operations Shop Foreman to oversee the efficiency and safety of our rod pump shops. You will manage daily operations, lead a diverse team, and drive performance through strong leadership and industry expertise.

You will optimize costs, pricing, and inventory, analyze profits and losses, and foster positive customer relations. A related degree or certification is preferred but not required; Driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a management role in rod pump and sucker rod shops.
• Strong cost, pricing, and inventory management experience.
• Proven P&L management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a diverse shop team.
• Familiarity with safety regulations in oil and gas.
• Degree or related certification preferred but not required.

As the Rod Pump Operations Shop Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective functioning of our rod pump shops. You will play a pivotal role in managing daily operations, optimizing customer relations, and ensuring the seamless execution of tasks. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive industry experience, and a proven track record in shop management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead daily shop operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Foster positive customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
• Utilize your expertise in costs, pricing, and inventory management to optimize resource allocation and profitability.
• Demonstrate proficiency in shop financial management, including profit and loss analysis.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to shop personnel, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Implement efficient time management strategies to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications:
