Job summary

C Lazy U Ranch in Granby, Colorado seeks a Full-time Year-round Housekeeper Supervisor to uphold our 5-Spur service standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Qualifications

• Three years of hospitality management experience at a top-rated venue.
• A bachelor’s degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests, members, and employees.
• Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely and professionally, resolving issues quickly.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Publisher. Oracle OperaCloud, Simphony or other hotel PMS/POS systems experience a plus.
• Skilled in preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest and percentages.
• Adept at analyzing financial reports and identifying action plans.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s auto insurance carrier.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule over 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff, including interviewing and hiring.
• Train staff to 5 Star standard and maintain standards.
• Plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance.
• Address complaints and resolve issues; coach staff.
• Maintain inventory, orders, and vendor relationships.
• Prepare weekly housekeeping reports and training updates.
• Inspect cabins and common areas for cleanliness and safety prior to guest arrival.
• Coordinate with Assistant General Manager on schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and 5 Spur standards.
