Job summary

Crazy Mountain Ranch is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department and ensure exceptional guest and member experiences across the ranch property in Montana.

The role supervises housekeeping staff, manages schedules and payroll, and maintains inventory and budgets while upholding Crazy Mountain Ranch standards and service levels for all guest rooms and public areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Supervisory/Management Housekeeping position in a Club or luxury resort.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements, and use of equipment.
• Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
• Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
• Fluency in English, both verbal and non-verbal.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet members and guests with a smile and positive cheerful attitude.
• Provide exceptional member and guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise housekeeping staff.
• Oversee all housekeeping Supervisors and staff to meet Crazy Mountain Ranch standards.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure consistency and high quality.
• Manage budget and inventory controls for supplies, uniforms, and linens.
• Plan, organize, and monitor staff communication and meetings; manage payroll.
• Oversee and manage deep cleaning projects.
• Distribute workload to maximize productivity and adjust staffing as needed.
