Job summary

C Lazy U Ranch in Granby, Colorado seeks a Full-time Year-round Housekeeper Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and maintain 5‑Star standards across cabins, lodges, and facilities. You will train staff, plan schedules, manage inventories, and ensure timely cleaning with a focus on guest comfort.

This role requires strong leadership, hospitality expertise, and the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Three years of hospitality management experience at a top-rated venue.
• A bachelor's degree in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests, members, and employees.
• Ability to handle complaints and difficult customers politely and professionally.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Publisher.
• Skilled in preparing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest and percentages.
• Adept at analyzing financial reports and identifying action plans.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be insurable by the company's auto insurance carrier.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule over 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train housekeeping staff to C Lazy U 5-Star standards.
• Interview and hire staff as needed.
• Plan, direct, and appraise work of housekeeping staff including rewards and discipline.
• Address complaints and resolve problems.
• Coach and reinforce positive attitudes and demeanors.
• Reinforce housekeeping standards.
• Coordinate weekly meetings and task lists with the Assistant General Manager.
• Assist in staff scheduling to meet fiscal year budgets.
• Manage inventory tracking and vendor relationships.
• Oversee training materials and employee manuals updates.
• Prepare weekly housekeeping reports.
• Assist staff with cleaning cabins and common areas when needed.
• Inspect and evaluate condition of cabins and common areas; ensure deadlines.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitization meet standards for guest turnover days.
• Inspect areas daily before guest arrival and report issues.
