Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to guide guests through shopping experiences for Hard Rock merchandise. You’ll be a tour guide, communicator, and memorabilia curator, engaging guests with product knowledge and excellent service.

The role involves handling transactions, maintaining store standards, and contributing to memorable guest experiences in a dynamic casino environment. Flexibility for varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Two months of on-the-job training or related experience.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests, answer phones, and answer questions politely.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS; handle cash and reconcile drawer.
• Direct guests to different areas of the property.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and inform guests of features and benefits.
• Use suggestive selling techniques to upsell items.
• Maintain clean, organized store and manage stock levels.
• Display products according to brand standards.
• Attend meetings and complete follow-up tasks as assigned.
