My name is Joseph. I own Joe's Auto Repair in Longwood Fl. and I just want to be real with you for a minute.

I know what it is like to feel unappreciated as a service advisor. I know how it feels to not have my voice heard. To work with broken or no shop tools. To feel like nothing I do matters. I was that employee for a long time.

Joe's Auto was started over 13 years ago after working for jobs where I was not appreciated. I want to change the industry. To treat everyone that worked at my shop with respect. To make sure we bought every piece of equipment and tool needed to help our team get the job done. Most importantly, to always show appreciation and be the place EVERYONE wanted to work at.

Are we perfect? No. But we are a heck of a lot better than most.

We have had INCREDIBLE growth over the years and have recently stepped up our game by moving to a 7000 sq-ft building and have added lifts and upgraded equipment!

We need to add a Service Advisor to keep up with this growth.
