AREA15 Las Vegas is seeking a Rocket Fizz Supervisor to join our retail leadership team. You will drive sales, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and supervise associates in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Rocket Fizz Manager, you will help develop SOPs, coach staff on product knowledge, ensure store standards, schedule coverage, and uphold AREA15 brand standards while embracing AI tools to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment and use AI tools.

Position Rocket Fizz Supervisor

As the Rocket Fizz Supervisor, you will be part of our retail leadership team, helping drive sales, deliver an exceptional guest experience and support associates in a fast-paced environment. Reporting directly to the Rocket Fizz Manager, you will assist with daily operations, contribute to the development of SOPs and provide on-the-floor supervision and coaching to team members. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused, with the creativity and drive to thrive in a dynamic setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
• Encourage upselling, cross-selling and promotional offers
• Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales goals
• Demonstrate strong sales, customer service, inventory management and visual merchandising skills to deliver on KPI goals
• Execute opening and closing procedures according to the related checklists
• Ensure the store remains clean, organized, stocked and visually appealing
• Maintain strong product knowledge and help associates make product recommendations
• Train associates on product knowledge and selling techniques
• Provide guidance, support and in-the-moment coaching to associates
• Complete all daily Rocket Fizz operational duties
• Ensure all product is properly labeled with expiration dates, where applicable
• Discard expired or spoiled product with management approval
• Assist with inventory reconciliations, variance resolution, and POS troubleshooting
• Maintain compliance with all SNHD regulations, including store cleanliness standards
• Assist with creating, processing and tracking purchase orders, including accurately entering them into the POS system
• Take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility, communicate needs to the Manager, and help ensure the necessary tools are in place for team success
• Delegate daily responsibilities and follow up on task completion
• Ensure daily task lists are completed and properly documented
• Assist with maintaining and adjusting team member schedules to ensure proper store coverage and operational efficiency
• Address team member performance, attendance, and policy concerns, including issuing verbal and written warnings under the direction of management and in line with company disciplinary procedures
• Escalate team member concerns to management
• Embrace the AREA15 and Rocket Fizz brand and culture, helping establish AREA15 as a must-see destination
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude and a willingness to support wherever needed
• Adhere and reinforce company policies, procedures and store expectations
• Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making.
• Respond to time sensitive matters.
• Demonstrate ART! (AREA15's service standards) in every guest interaction.
• Maintain a professional, polished appearance in line with AREA15 standards.
• Work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Comfortable working in a creative, entrepreneurial start-up environment, introducing new concepts and innovations.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including use of point-of-sale systems is required
• 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail setting is highly preferred
• Previous retail leadership experience in a fast-paced environment is highly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication and time-management skills
• Growth-minded, takes initiative, has a problem-solving attitude and is a team player
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an SNHD health card
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for the duration of a shift
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs and safely use a box cutter
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write the English language.
• Embraces emerging technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency, innovation, and business results.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively leverage AI tools while exercising sound judgment, protecting confidential information, and complying with company policies.
• Computer skills in Microsoft applications. (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
