Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Manufacturing Team Lead within the Rocket Park Fabrication and Feeder Shop, to guide technicians and drive operational excellence in aerospace manufacturing.

The role emphasizes leadership, resource management, quality, safety and collaboration with engineering, quality and supply chain teams to meet production plans and continuous improvement goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, aerospace, military or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and operational improvements.
• Proficiency with digital tools including Windows and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians of various skillsets.
• Lead and optimize manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Develop and execute production plans to meet delivery schedules.
• Mentor manufacturing teams, fostering teamwork and open communication.
