Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Experience with food safety and sanitation processes is preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate product knowledge and provide excellent guest service.

Responsibilities

• Take guests' orders and run food.
• Handle cash and other payment methods.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.
• Verify guest IDs for age-restricted items and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Maintain a clean, organized station and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Create memorable guest experiences and upsell where appropriate.
