Potawatomi Casino Hotel Rock & Brews is seeking a friendly Server to welcome guests, take orders, and deliver high-energy service in a fast-paced Rock & Brews environment.

Starting at $7.25 per hour plus tips, you will work with a team, use a POS system, monitor alcohol service, and stay knowledgeable about the venue and casino. Flexible shifts and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal and math skills.
• Attentiveness and patience for guests.
• The ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
• The ability to work irregular hours, extended shifts, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Assess, anticipate, and attend to guest needs or concerns.
• Use point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately process payments and dispense correct change.
• Monitor responsible alcohol service to guests.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and safe working environment.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the venue and the casino.
• Work in other venues as assigned, based on business needs.
