Rochester School District is seeking a coach for the middle school cross country program. You will provide positive learning experiences, guide athletes, and lead the team in organization, practices, and equipment management to ensure a successful season.
The role requires prior coaching experience, ability to foster strong relationships with students, staff, and families, and a commitment to ongoing coaching education. A background check is required.
Provides positive learning experiences associated with the middle school cross country program. Provide guidance, leadership, and the fundamental skills necessary to execute the program in a successful manner. Assume the leadership role in relation to team organization, style of play, practice schedules, equipment and assigned responsibilities.
This position accrues paid sick leave in accordance with Washington State Law.
