- 10+ years in product development, reliability, quality, or robust design.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional technical teams and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment and continuous improvement of robust design methodologies across product development programs.
- Develop and use FMEAs to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coach engineering teams to identify, quantify, and mitigate technical risks.
