Responsibilities

• Engages in business processes and develops procedures to meet objectives.
• Coaches dispatchers and team leaders to solve problems and build capabilities.
• Works with Product Management and Engineering for controls development.
• Responds to high‑profile customer issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitors metrics and presents analytic results to improve service operations.
• Leads and advises team members on routine and complex tasks.
