The role requires 5+ years in engineering or quality with DfSS/DFMEA experience, ReliaSoft proficiency, and strong cross-functional collaboration. We offer a competitive USD pay range and comprehensive benefits in the United States.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum 5 years in engineering/quality roles focused on DfSS/DFSR and power/electro-mech systems.
- Proficient in ReliaSoft; experience in Agile product development.
- Strong customer orientation and cross-cultural collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead deployment of DfSR processes across multiple product squads.
- Champion integration of safety and reliability into design practices.
- Assess critical design elements and develop risk plans.
- Coach teams in DfSR methodologies and report outcomes.
- Train and mentor design engineers in DfSR tools and processes.
